What are my ordering options?
To make it easier and safer to order our DVDs, we are able to give you a
few options on how you may order, please note that you must be 21+ years
of age to order from us:

push the "Check Out" Button you will be offered further

are my payment options?
We do accept
Visa, Mastercard and money order. If you do wish to send us a money order,
please email or call us and we will email you the money order procedure.
Please note, we do not accept personal cheques, Discovery, American Express,
or Paypal. |

Although the website
does support Internet Explorer 4.0 and Netscape 4.06 and up, in order to

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Money Orders. The charge will
be shown under "Executive Video Productions" for Visa & MasterCard
orders. On our order form please be sure to list your billing address exactly
as it appears on your credit card statement. For those who wish to pay by

Will the mail man
know what I ordered?
We pride ourselves on security and privacy. All our packages
are packed, sealed and shipped in a plain yellow bubble envelope or box.
There is no indication of what is in the package, on the label or on the
package.

Will my package
go through customs?
We are owned
and operated within in Canada. All our parcels are shipped from Canada.
Therefore, there are no duties or custom hassles. |

How long will it
take to receive my package?
Generally, all our packages are shipped and processed within
1 business day. If you do choose the standard shipping option, you should
receive your package within 3-5 business days depending on your area of
residence. If your selection is the overnight option, you will receive your
package next business day if the order was placed before 7:30 a.m. There
are no deliveries on weekends and holidays. In addition, if you gave a P.O
box or are considered “out of area” according to Fedex, your order will
automatically be shipped via the Postal Service. The overnight charge on
your invoice will be credited. Bad weather and product availability may
cause a delay in the arrival of the package. All orders placed before 7:30
am eastern time Monday to Friday will be processed the same day. Any order
placed after 7:30 A.M will be processed the next day. |

Will you email
me tracking information?
Yes we will.
Once your package is shipped, you will receive tracking information via
email within 1 business day. If you have chosen the overnight option, we
generally don’t email the tracking information as you probably have
already received your package by the time we have emailed you that information.
In general, if you haven’t received tracking information of your order
within 3 business days, please contact us. |

Can you give me
more details on your free shipping offer?
All orders
over $100 subtotal are shipped via free Canada Post Xpresspost shipping.
If you do wish for Fedex overnight, it is an additional charge of $10. |

If I order more
than one product, do I have to pay for shipping on each of the items?
Yes, our shipping
charges are $5 for the first item and $2 for every additional item. We do
encourage you to purchase over $100 for our free shipping special. |

Can I order a product
and ask you to ship it to someone else?
Yes it is
possible. Please contact us via phone or email to make prior arrangements. |

Can I ship to a
P.O. box address?
Yes we do
as long as it is your billing address as well. Please note though, we can’t
ship your order via Fedex overnight to P.O. Boxes. |

How do I choose
or receive Free DVD’s?
Please read
our specials carefully on how you can qualify for free dvd’s. All
you have to do is click on the “Buy 3 Get 1 Free” banner or
“Buy $30 worth of Sex Toys and receive free DVD” banner for
more details. In addition we offer a free dvd just for browsing our site
or a free dvd for writing a qualified review on a previous purchased item.

I forgot to add
my free dvd(s), what do I do?
If you order
hasn’t left, we will gladly add the item(s) for you. Just email or
call us with the catalog numbers you wish. |

availability / OUT OF STOCK item(s)?
Generally, our site is updated with accurate inventory information
of approximately 95%. Out of stock items arrival times vary from 2-6 weeks.
You may order these items for priority if you do wish. We will just email
you once they have arrived in stock with your shipping information. |

I Received a Damaged or Defective DVD what do I do?
If you have
received a damaged or defective dvd, please email us ASAP for your Return
Authorization Number. Unfortunately there maybe a manufacture defect or
for some odd reason, certain dvd’s just don’t play in certain
machines.
Return Policy
- All returns
need a return authorization number.
- Merchandise
must be factory sealed to receive a refund.
- Returns
for factory sealed DVDs may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Opened items
cannot be returned unless the item is defective. Defective items will
be replaced with same item only unless otherwise authorized by representative.
For defective DVD items, you must let us know about the defect within
30 days of receipt of your merchandise. For novelty toy items,
notification must be made within 5 days of receipt of package.
No refunds unless authorized.
- We do not
pay for the postage on returns.
- Shipping
charges are not refundable.
- Defect novelty
toy items may be returned if notified within 5 days of receipt
of your package. Defective item maybe replaced only with same item.
All items come with a manufacture warranty included after the 5 day
period that may be returned to the manufacture.
- Non-defective
novelty toy items may NOT be returned due to strict health and hygiene
restrictions.
- If products
are returned to us for no reason (unclaimed, refused, wrong address),
the order would be subject to reshipping charge or a restocking fee.
